Featuring a listing boosts its visibility. We promote featured listings on the front page and across HaoHunt's social media platforms.

This exposure increases your chances of receiving inquiries. To feature a listing, you need to upgrade to either the Premium or Platinum package.

If you are on a Premium or higher package, your contact details will be displayed to potential clients.

You will also receive inquiry messages via email and SMS notifications, regardless of your package. You can reply directly from your dashboard, where you can keep track of all chats and inquiries related to your listings.

Custom house hunting tasks are special requests assigned to a house hunter with specific instructions and requirements from a client (the hirer). These tasks include details like the type of house, target location, description, and deadline.

Upon updating your profile and adding at least one house listing, you become eligible for custom house hunting tasks based on your package. When hired for a task, you will be notified immediately via email or SMS. Log in to your profile, review the task, and accept it to begin. Progress updates can be uploaded directly on your dashboard.

Once the client marks the task as completed, your earnings, according to your rate card, will be credited to your dashboard wallet, from which you can withdraw at any time via M-Pesa.

You control your earnings by setting your rate card, i.e., the amount you charge for different house hunting tasks. For example, you can specify how much you charge for finding an apartment for rent.
