All payments are securely processed through M-Pesa or wallet services. Refunds are applicable if:

• The house hunter fails to complete the task.
• A dispute is raised and validated by our support team.

Users must refrain from:

• Posting false or misleading information.
• Engaging in illegal or unethical activities.
• Disrupting platform functionality or infringing on others' rights.

HaoHunt is not liable for any loss of income or opportunities due to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in property listings.
• Disputes between clients and house hunters that upon review culminate into refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies continued acceptance.
